3 ways to dress up your salads

tahini salad dressing

Simple Salad Dressing (Makes 2 to 3 servings)

4 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1/8 teaspoon ground coriander

1/8 teaspoon chili powder

1/8 teaspoon cumin

1/8 teaspoon turmeric

sea salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in bowl and whisk with a fork.

Miso Carrot Ginger Dressing (Makes 2 to 3 servings)

1 tablespoon miso paste (any type)

1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar

1 lemon, juiced

½ inch piece of ginger, peeled

1/8 cup shredded carrots

Combine all ingredients in blender

Citrus Tahini Dressing (Makes 2 – 4 servings)

2 to 3 tablespoons of fresh orange juice

1 teaspoon tahini

2 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon honey

1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

2 teaspoons orange zest

Sea salt and black pepper to taste

Combine the dressing. Add all the ingredients to a small bowl. Whisk vigorously with a fork until evenly blended.
