Home m-ade

8 ounces water

½ teaspoon raw honey

¼ teaspoon sea salt

Juice of 1 lemon

Stir well & sip

Watermelon-ade

8 ounces Coconut water

½ cup water melon pieces (seeds removed)

5-6 fresh mint leaves

Blend ,strain & drink

Coconut water-ade

8 ounces raw coconut water

Pour & recharge
