If you need a snack on the go, in your office or to add to your kids snack bags- keep a jar of this nutrient rich Super Seed Trail Mix.
What you need:
1/2 cup Pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup Sunflower Seeds
1/2 cup Goji berries
2 slices of dehydrated mangoes ( look for these in the bulk bins but make sure- there is no sugar added- the ingredient list should read: Mangoes or Organic Mangoes)
Chop up the dried mangoes in small pieces like in the photo- mix all the ingredients together and store in a clean and dry glass container.
