¼ cup tahini paste
¼ cup water
Juice of 2 lemons
3-4 cloves garlic
Himalayan Salt to taste
Sriracha or any other hot sauce to taste
Blend tahini, water, lemon juice, garlic, salt and Sriracha together in a blender until smooth.
For the Salad
Mix Romaine Lettuce, kale leaves, cooked chickpeas, and tomatoes.
