Tahini Salad Dressing

Tahini is a great source of calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, potassium and iron. It is high in vitamin E and B vitamins. Also helps promote healthy cell growth, prevent anemia, maintain healthy skin and muscle tone

Try Tahini is this creamy nutrient dense salad dressing.

¼ cup  tahini paste

¼ cup water

Juice of 2 lemons

3-4 cloves garlic

Himalayan Salt to taste

Sriracha or any other hot sauce to taste

Blend tahini, water, lemon juice, garlic, salt and Sriracha together in a blender until smooth.

For  the Salad

Mix Romaine Lettuce, kale leaves,  cooked chickpeas, and tomatoes.
