½ cup quick oats
¼ cup almond butter
3 tablespoon Maple syrup
¼ cup desiccated Coconut/coconut flakes
½ cup dark semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoon ground flax seed
Mix all the ingredients together; it tends to get a little stick so you might need to use your hands to mix it.
Roll into 1 inch balls.
Makes: 12
