Recipe:
4 cups rolled oats
1 cup chopped almonds
1 cup chopped Pecans…
½ cup chopped Sunflower seeds
½ cups chopped Pumpkin seeds
½ cup Sesame seeds (optional)
¼ teaspoon sea salt
3 teaspoon ground Cinnamon
1-1½ teaspoon Dried ground Ginger (depending on how gingery you like)
½ cup honey
½ cup coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix all the dry ingredients together, Melt the coconut oil in a sauce pan, add the honey and vanilla. Pour the liquid in the dry ingredient i mix well and bake in the oven on a parchment paper lined cookie tray at 275 F for 25 minutes. It is done when the color seems right. It will not be crunchy right out of the oven- give it 10-15 minutes.
