Blending my favorite combination
2 cups coconut water
3 cups packed mixed greens (chard, parsley, spinach, and arugula,)
2cups chopped celery
2 cups chopped cucumber with the skin…
1 inch ginger
1 cup pineapple
Handful holy basil/Tulsi fresh from the garden
Blend all the ingredients together.
Makes 72 oz/8 cup
