One on One Coaching offers the opportunity to strengthen the pillars of wellness such as nutrition, physical activity, stress management, sleep and relaxation. Throughout the program, based on your health goals you will be given incremental actionable recommendations that will empower you to restore balance, release limiting beliefs and create the foundation for lifelong health.

Total Transformation

Six (bi-weekly) sessions, 50 minutes each

  • Virtual and in-person option
  • Detailed food, lifestyle, symptom questionnaire and lab-work review
  • Best suited for the individual who wants to lead a preventive lifestyle, has unresolved health issues, chronic conditions, multiple symptoms, and /or diagnosis and needs longer term support and accountability.
  • Written recommendations and resources specific to your goals are provided
  • Includes email and text support in between sessions
  • Identify incremental action steps “homework” to work on until the next session
  • Track your progress
  • Ongoing accountability and support to make a sustainable change
  • In addition, this may include information on how to shop healthy, meal prep, get rid of toxic chemicals from personal care products, pantry makeover, kitchen, and home detox

Wellness Consult

Single session, 90 minutes

  • Virtual and in-person option
  • Detailed food, lifestyle, symptom questionnaire and lab-work review
  • Best suited for the individual who wants to fine tune their existing health program and is motivated to make change without support but would like an objective view of their current practices and choices
  • Written recommendations and resources specific to your goals are provided
  • Does not include further follow up and/or communication unless scheduled (Follow-up/check-in sessions are suggested)
